Fresher Graphic Designer

The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience (internship or freelance work accepted) in designing graphics for social media and blogs.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

• Basic proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva
• Understanding of social media formats (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
• Knowledge of design principles like typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to adapt design styles based on brand guidelines
• Familiarity with exporting assets in correct resolutions for web and mobile
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Design engaging social media posts, banners, infographics, and blog images
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand campaign needs
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual designs
• Assist in developing new visual ideas to enhance online presence
• Stay updated with current design trends and social media standards
• Organize and manage design files in an efficient and scalable manner
